I bought this router under the same deal, and I'm pretty happy. It
is surprising easy to handle given its heft and size, with well sized
and positioned handles. It's also probably more powerful than any
other power tool I own (including my !$!#$! Sears table saw...).
The only things I don't like about it are that the micro depth adjust
knob is a bit difficult (access-wise) to turn, the handles creak a
little, and a soft start would be nice--hang on tight before hitting
the power! The Freud fence ($24) is a decent value, as well.
