Hi there;
I am in the market for a scroll saw.
Well it seems that the saws cost about $500.00+. As this is a little
out of my range I thought I would just have to live without one.
Now I see in the Jan/Feb 87 issue of "Woodworker's Journal" (page 9)
that a company called "Penn State Industries" has their own scroll saw
for "only $139.95 plus $10.00 shipping".
From the picture it looks like it has all the features needed to make
it a usable saw.
My questions are:
Is it possible to make a scroll saw for $139.95 ?
Where are they cutting costs ?
Has anyone ever bought anything from "Penn State Industries" ?
