2.13.2 Affiliates
The Affiliates Committee will:
2.13.2.1Process applications for affiliation with the USATT.
2.13.2.2Provide on request information on club, league, and other
affiliate activity.
2.13.2.3Strive to increase the number of USATT affiliates by means of
advertising, publicity, correspondence, etc.
2.13.2.4Subject to the approval of the E.C., maintain and distribute
the USATT Club Handbook.
2.13.2.5Periodically submit to the National Publication a roster of
current affiliates.
2.13.2.6Encourage and assist regular promotional activity in
affiliates.
2.13.2.7Set up subcommittees to handle affiliates in large national
organizations such as Girl Scouts, YMCA, Knights of Columbus,
etc. Where such national organizations are devoted primarily to
juniors, it will work closely with the Coaching Committee.
2.13.2.8Set up subcommittees, where appropriate, to work with
affiliates in other bodies (i.e., state boards of recreation).
2.13.2.9Encourage organized play within and between affiliates.
2.13.2.10Provide liaison between affiliates.
