4.5.5.9 Notification of Results
4.5.5.9.1The President of the USATT and the tested athletes will
receive notification of positive test results. The President shall
inform only the chairman and the Olympic Athletes' Representative of
the results.
4.5.5.9.2The chairman and the Olympic Athletes' Representative shall
assist the athlete in the analysis of SpecimenB and help them file a
written appeal with the USOC if deemed appropriate.
4.5.5.9.3Upon receipt of the positive results of the specimen analysis
and (if this was appealed) the Specimen B analysis, the President
shall make public these results by disclosure in the National
Publication.
